Alligo has built a reputation as a steady Nordic workwear and industrial supplies player, yet the share closed at SEK111.8 on 23 October after a rough few months, with the price down double digits over 30 and 90 days. That backdrop met fresh Q3 2026 numbers that showed SEK2,315m in sales and net income of SEK92m, and the real story sat in profitability. Trailing net margin for the last twelve months is 3.5%, up from 2.6% a year earlier, which puts the latest quarter in the spotlight for what it says about earnings quality rather than just volume.

The bullish pitch is that Alligo’s completed systems work and own-brand focus would now translate into cleaner operating leverage and higher quality earnings.
"The company has completed its major integration and ERP/platform harmonization projects, freeing up organizational bandwidth to focus on sales and efficiency improvements; this should drive operating leverage and improve EBITDA and net earnings as sales growth returns."
Q3 shows some of that playing out. Revenue rose to SEK 2,315m with EBITA at SEK 168m and trailing net margin at 3.5%. Organic growth of 1.1% and a 12% organic uplift in Finland, alongside group margin progression versus last year, point to early but uneven delivery on that efficiency story.
The bear case worries that weak underlying demand and country concentration would erode earnings quality despite integration progress.
"Profitability is highly concentrated in Sweden, making Alligo vulnerable to further downturns or stagnation in the Swedish market; this geographic concentration risk may impact group-level EBITDA and net margins."
Current results give that concern real weight. Sweden was roughly flat with negative organic sales and softer clothing and own-brand demand, while Norway saw declining project activity and required a SEK 35m cost program. Group net margin sits at 3.5% and gross margin slipped to 41.1%, with mix tilting to lower margin geographies, so Sweden’s softness still feeds through to group profitability.
