06:46 AM EDT, 10/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arab Sea Information Systems (SASE:7201) entered into a memorandum of understanding to sell its Arab Sea Financial, or SeaPay, unit to PayTabs Group for 35 million Saudi riyals. The software company said Sunday that the agreement will span six months. The disposal is still subject to a definitive sale and purchase agreement, due diligence, as well as regulatory clearances.
