The Zhitong Finance App learned that Xingyuan Materials (06067) rose by more than 3%. As of press release, it had risen 1.11% to HK$5.475, with a turnover of HK$2,726,200.

According to the news, on October 22, Xingyuan Materials announced that in the first three quarters of 2026, it achieved revenue of about 4.492 billion yuan, an increase of 51.85% over the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was about 354 million yuan, an increase of 209.28% over the previous year; and basic earnings per share were 0.25 yuan.

CICC pointed out that since 2026, the company has acquired 73% of Bangci Electronics's shares and entered the piezoelectric ceramics field. Currently, the market share of the piezoelectric ceramics industry is occupied by overseas companies such as Japan's Kyocera. Demand is strong in downstream industries such as semiconductor MFC and new energy, while overseas piezoelectric ceramic manufacturers have limited production expansion due to equipment supply restrictions, and delivery times have now been extended to more than half a year. Bangci Electronics 1Q26 achieved revenue of 47.49 million yuan and net profit of 16.56 million yuan. Revenue has reached about 60% of the annual revenue of 2025. The bank expects domestic substitution of piezoelectric ceramics to accelerate due to limited overseas supply.
