12:42 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alpha Dhabi (ADX:ALPHADHABI) agreed to invest $1 billion in Alpha Wave Global-managed investment fund Alpha Wave III. The Abu Dhabi-listed investment holding company said Monday that the investment will be made in stages, subject to capital calls and the fund's investment schedule. Returns will depend on the performance and valuation of the fund's underlying investments. Alpha Wave III will target global investments in artificial intelligence and high-growth companies developing and adopting transformative technologies.
