The Danish biotechnology company said Oct. 24 that the trial will assess its investigational IgG1-bispecific antibody, plus Incyte's investigational, potent, and selective KRAS G12D inhibitor INCB161734, and standard-of-care chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer with a KRAS G12D mutation. Genmab will oversee the study, with its partner providing co-funding and INCB161734.
