02:04 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia and Singapore plan to establish a crude oil storage facility arrangement, with operations expected to begin in the second half of 2027. Under the proposed plan announced on Monday by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy, the Kingdom would store its crude oil at the Jurong Rock Caverns on Singapore's Jurong Island. The arrangement is seen to support Singapore's energy needs in case of supply disruption.
