The listing follows a capital raise of 24.8 million pounds sterling on the bourse, of which 22.8 million pounds were raised by certain selling shareholders. The company also raised 2 million pounds by placing 12,375,000 shares with institutional investors at 2 pounds per share. The company has a market capitalization of 42 million pounds on admission, with 21 million shares in issue.
