04:46 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sareum Holdings (SAR.L) plans to raise 3.2 million pounds sterling through a subscription offer of 22,807,143 new shares at 0.14 pound per share. The clinical-stage biotechnology company also launched a separate retail offer to raise up to 100,000 pounds through the issue of up to 714,285 new shares at the same price, according to a Monday release. The retail offer is conditional on the new shares being admitted to trading on the London stock exchange's AIM segment, which is expected on Thursday.
