07:27 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boozt (BOOZT.ST, BOOZT-DKK.CO) co-founder and Group Chief Commercial Officer Peter Jørgensen and Group Chief Human Resources Officer Sandra Joy Sahlertz stepped down, effective immediately. The changes are part of a planned realignment of the Danish fashion and e-commerce company's commercial operations to simplify its organizational structure, streamline management and improve efficiency, according to a Monday release. A total of 10 management positions within the commercial organization were eliminated.
