Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ:CTSH) shares rose in Monday’s premarket session after the company secured a five-year strategic partnership tied to AI-led digital transformation.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) selected Cognizant as a strategic partner for its Tech Blueprint technology transformation program.
Under the five-year framework, Cognizant will provide outcome-led managed services and fixed-capacity services spanning digital and workplace management, cloud infrastructure, data and security, software engineering, automation and AI.
The company also plans to deploy its proprietary AI tools, including Neuro IT Operations, Flowsource and WorkNEXT.
Neuro IT Operations is designed to improve visibility across EBRD’s technology systems and accelerate issue resolution.
Flowsource applies generative and agentic AI across software development, while WorkNEXT provides AI-powered workplace support, including voice and translation capabilities.
The collaboration is expected to improve service reliability, operational efficiency, and access to specialist technology skills.
Cognizant is showing bullish momentum, trading well above its key moving averages.
The RSI of 67.59 remains below overbought territory, suggesting strong momentum without an extreme reading. The MACD is above its signal line, reinforcing the positive technical trend.
Key support stands near $58, while resistance sits around $75. A move above resistance could signal further upside, while a pullback toward support could point to consolidation.

CTSH has gained 3.66% over the past 12 months and currently trades at 68.1% of its 52-week range, placing it closer to its yearly high than its low.
