07:48 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- German space technology group OHB (OHB.F) agreed to buy a 25% stake in MediaMobil Communication, a specialized provider of mobile communications and connectivity systems, through a capital increase. The investment in the German company will expand OHB's satellite communications capabilities, further developing its crisis and emergency communications business, according to a Monday release. MediaMobil, an OHB partner since 2020, offers technologies that enable reliable communications in demanding environments such as deserts, disaster areas and offshore locations.
