09:42 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arabian Centres Co (SASE:4321), also known as Cenomi Centers, signed a three-year contract with Support Maintenance and Cleaning Company to provide integrated facility management services at the former's Westfield Jeddah shopping center. Under the deal, worth 104.3 million Saudi riyals, the Saudi real estate company will pay an annual fixed fee of 28.6 million riyals and 6.1 million riyals a year for specialist services, according to a Monday filing. The contract will affect Cenomi Centers' financial results from the fourth quarter of 2026. Board Chair Fawaz Alhokair has an indirect interest in the contract.
