10:02 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Auction Technology Group (ATG.L) confirmed receipt of a requisition notice from its largest shareholder, FitzWalter Capital, or FWC, to call a general meeting, according to a Monday release. In the meeting, the 27.2% shareholder plans to present resolutions to remove the British curated online auction operator's Chair Scott Forbes and appoint Richard Campbell-Breeden in his stead. If shareholders approve, FWC plans to ask the board to make Campbell-Breeden chair and oversee a comprehensive strategic review, including evaluating a full competitive sale process. The company's board said it is "disappointed" with the requisition notice and called it an "unnecessary and unwarranted distraction" from the delivery of the group's strategy.
