10:44 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority approved the merger between UBS Group's (UBSG.SW) UBS Saudi Arabia and Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia, according to a Monday release. The approval follows the 2023 collapse of Swiss lender Credit Suisse and its subsequent merger with UBS.
