Carrier Global Corporation plans to invest more than $600 million over the next three years in a new one million square foot advanced manufacturing and engineering center in Fort Worth, Texas. The new state-of-the-art site demonstrates Carrier’s confidence in its growth in this business and furthers Carrier’s commitment to domestic manufacturing as the largest U.S.-headquartered company in its industry. The site will be in Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development.

This investment supports Carrier’s expansion of the company’s U.S. manufacturing capacity for advanced thermal management systems, including air- and water-cooled commercial chillers and helps customers meet growing demand for intelligent climate and energy solutions across data centers, healthcare, education, industrial markets and other key verticals.

Carrier is expected to begin operations in the facility in 2027. The investment will create 1,500 advanced manufacturing, engineering and other jobs.
