Marcus & Millichap has the listing for sale of the USPS Northeast Operations Facility in Windsor, CT, within Hartford County. Harrison Klein and Chez Eider of Marcus & Millichap, in association with John Krueger, the firm’s broker of record in Connecticut, are exclusively marketing the asset on behalf of the seller, a New York City-based investment firm.

“The appeal here is the continuity of the tenancy and USPS’s continued commitment to this location,” said Eider, senior director investments. “Its occupancy since 1990, early lease extension and recent addition of legal department personnel reinforce the property’s established role for the USPS.”

The offering is a 67,364-square-foot building at 6 Griffin Rd. N., which is fully occupied by the USPS on a long-term lease. The two-story building is divided into two wings and includes 257 private parking spaces and one elevator. It was built in 1980 and serves as an administrative facility that runs operations for much of the Northeast.
