02:24 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Keir International (SASE:9542) plans to consolidate its shares after receiving notification from the Saudi Exchange that the average closing price of its shares has fallen below the minimum threshold. The telecommunications and electrical technologies services group said the consolidation would reduce the number of shares outstanding without changing the company's share capital. It has three months from Tuesday to take corrective action, according to a same-day release. Keir International will seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting to consolidate its shares to achieve a closing price of at least 3 Saudi riyals, unless the closing price rises to 3 Saudi riyals or more during the period.
