02:37 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- La Française de l'Energie (FDE.PA), d/b/a FDE's, Norwegian subsidiary Greenstat agreed to divest its entire 56.04% interest in wind power development company Elgane Vind AS to Zephyr AS, according to a Monday release. The share purchase agreement covers Greenstat's 14,010 shares in Elgane Vind. It provides for consideration of up to 4 million Norwegian kroner, including 1.7 million kroner payable at completion and 2.3 million kroner contingent on the project reaching a final investment decision. Completion is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of conditions set out in the agreement. The French energy producer said the deal is the first disposal of non-core assets under its portfolio rationalization program.
