02:41 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grit Real Estate Income Group (GR1T.L) agreed to sell its stakes in Gateway Real Estate Africa and Africa Property Development Managers. The proposed deal remains subject to definitive agreements, lender approvals, releases of existing security, regulatory and third-party approvals, the pan-African property company said Monday. Separately, the group is in talks with a potential buyer to sell a substantial portion of its remaining income-producing property portfolio. The proposed sale also requires definitive agreements, lender credit approvals, and regulatory and third-party consents, among other things.
