02:53 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) is investing 157 million Polish zlotys to develop a residential building in Kraków, Poland, the Sweden-listed construction group said Tuesday. The new 168-apartment building with commercial units on the ground floor will replace an existing office building. Development has already started, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2028.
