02:56 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SIG Group (SIGN.SW) is targeting 3% to 5% medium-term organic revenue growth at constant currency and plans to reinstate dividends in 2027. The packaging company said Tuesday it will reinstate dividends for fiscal 2026, targeting a payout ratio of 30% to 50% of adjusted net income. As part of its restructuring, SIG will consolidate its operations into the Aseptic Carton and Bag-in-Box & Spouted Pouch reporting segments. The changes are expected to result in a noncash impairment charge of 250 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2026.
