03:17 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UK-based financial technology company Revolut is facing a Bank of England probe into its internal processes for product approvals, London's Financial Times reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. The Prudential Regulation Authority of the apex bank had issued a so-called section 166 order to assess the risks as the company, which recently secured a UK banking license, looks to launch new products, including unsecured personal loans, the report said. Bank of England and Revolut did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
