03:39 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Competition and Markets Authority is inviting comments from interested parties regarding Prologis' (0KOD.L, PRLD.VI) planned acquisition of British real estate investment trust Segro (SGRO.L). The UK Competition and Markets Authority said Tuesday it has not started a formal investigation into the deal but is inviting feedback to assess its impact on competition within the country. The CMA will accept comments until Nov. 10.
