04:16 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jenzabar no longer intends to make an offer for Tribal Group (TRB.L) after the latter's shareholders approved an acquisition proposal by Main Capital Partners-backed Thames Bidco. The education software and services company had announced a possible all-cash offer for Tribal on Sept. 29, according to a Tuesday release.
