04:51 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British homebuilder Vistry Group (VTY.L) appointed Helen Miles as chief financial officer, effective in 2027, according to a Tuesday filing. Miles joins from water supplier Severn Trent (SVT.L), where she currently holds the same role. Robert Allen will serve as interim CFO with immediate effect until Miles joins, Vistry added.
