Zhitong Finance App News, Jiami Technology (08198) announced that on October 27, 2026, Next Flow Technology Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and DC ARK SDN BHD signed a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding on proposed cooperation to develop artificial intelligence computing capabilities and artificial intelligence data center business in Malaysia and other regions where the contracting party may agree.
According to the memorandum of understanding, the contracting parties intend to explore cooperation on (i) AI computing capability services and cloud computing; (ii) AI data centers and related infrastructure; (iii) technical and operational cooperation; (iv) market cooperation, including customer and channel development, introduction of partners, and integration of industry resources; and (v) providing financial support for AI computing capability services and AI data center development and construction. Contracting parties may explore various forms of cooperation, including project cooperation, co-development, service cooperation, and the establishment of a joint venture or project company. The specific arrangements will be set out in a separate formal agreement.
The directors believe that the MOU is in line with the Group's business development strategy and is expected to have synergies with the Group's existing business. By combining DC ARK's capabilities in artificial intelligence application development, software development and IT hardware trade, as well as the Group's resources and experience in data center services, it is proposed to cooperate to provide the Group with opportunities to: (i) expand its data center service scope to artificial intelligence computing power services and AI data center related businesses in Malaysia and other regions, and integrate its existing big data center services with AI computing capacity deployment to generate synergy effects and broaden its revenue base; and (ii) seize the increase in AI infrastructure demand New business opportunities, and strengthening its network of industry resources and partners.
