Such properties: (a) an office building (im Finigen 3) located on lot 260/5 and lot 260/10 in the Uesen district, Germany, with a total land area of 6,921 square meters; (b) a factory building (Rehland 8) located on plot 260/24, lot 2 in the Uesen district, Germany, with a total land area of 7280 square meters; and (c) construction land (Rehland 10) on lot 260/26, lot 2 in the Uesen district, Germany, with a total land area of 2443 square meters.
The Board of Directors believes that the proposed acquisition will help the Group expand its business and improve long-term operational efficiency. FSG has been leasing these properties for many years, so these properties are perfect for the Group's intended use. Owning such properties will provide FSG with a stable location and eliminate the risk of operational interruptions caused by rent renewals, rent increases, and possible relocation. This move will also help ensure the continuity and stability of FSG's production and operations, and help the Group to better develop its long-term operation plan.
