The net profit of Nanya New Materials and Jin'an Guoji increased more than tenfold in the third quarter. Specifically, the net profit of Nanya New Materials in the third quarter increased 1296% year on year, up 218% month on month; Jin'an Guoji's net profit for the third quarter increased 1031% year on year, up 105% month on month. The year-on-year growth rate of net profit in the third quarter was significantly higher than the overall level of the previous three quarters.

According to a research report released by Everbright Securities, the PCB industry is in the triple resonance phase of “AI computing power demand expansion+technology iterative upgrade+price increase transmission and fulfillment”. High-end production capacity continues to be scarce and squeezing middle- and low-end production capacity. We expect that the price increase and favorable price situation in the industrial chain will continue until the second half of next year.
