The Zhitong Finance App learned that Dingtai Hi-Tech (01377) rose more than 5%. As of press release, it had risen 5.02% to HK$169.4, with a turnover of HK$140.44 million.

According to the news, on October 27, Dingtai Hi-Tech announced that in the first three quarters of 2026, it achieved operating income of 3.487 billion yuan (RMB, same below), an increase of 139.25% over the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1.15 billion yuan, an increase of 307.44% over the previous year. Dongwu Securities believes that Dingtai Hi-Tech's revenue growth is mainly due to a sharp increase in orders for precision tools, grinding and polishing materials related to AI PCBs. The increase in profit is mainly due to an increase in revenue scale, an increase in gross margin, and a decrease in the cost ratio during the period.

On the business side, Dongwu Securities pointed out that it is profoundly benefiting from AI computing power infrastructure, and demand for small-diameter and coated drills has exploded. Dingtai Hi-Tech has broken through the design and manufacturing process of ultra-high length-diameter drills above 60 times the diameter, and product barriers continue to be strengthened. Furthermore, the company's global layout has accelerated, the Thai base has a monthly production capacity of 8 million units, German MPK has completed business integration, and is integrated into the supply chain system of Japanese customers through Japanese subsidiaries.
