01:15 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amanat Holdings (DFM:AMANAT) subsidiary Cambridge Health Group completed the acquisition of UK specialist high-acuity care provider Cornerstone Healthcare. The Dubai-listed healthcare and education investment company said Tuesday that Cambridge Health acquired the business from UK-focused private equity investor Ignite Growth, in line with its 1.5 billion-Emirati-dirham growth strategy.
