02:39 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DKSH (DKSH.SW) purchased the rights in more than 80 markets for the antibiotic brand Rocephin from Swiss drugmaker Roche (RO.SW). The Swiss distribution company said Wednesday that the markets covered in the transaction span Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Before the transaction, DKSH already distributed Rocephin in certain markets. With the purchase, the company expanded its Healthcare Own Brands portfolio.
