03:42 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Prodways Group (ALPWG.PA) agreed to sell its materials business to a dental-sector group for 10.3 million euros, according to a Wednesday release. The 3D printing company's materials business is operated by its DeltaMed subsidiary, which develops materials and processes for the dental sector and additive manufacturing. The deal remains conditional on shareholder approval at a general meeting on Dec. 2. The company plans to return a portion of the sale proceeds to shareholders, subject to approval at the next general meeting.
