03:58 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE.PA, TTE.L) acquired a 25% stake in 26 exploration leases located offshore the US and operated by Chevron, boosting its collaboration with the US partner. Under the deal, Chevron also purchased a 75% operated interest in two exploration leases from the French energy company, according to a Wednesday filing. The assets are located adjacent to existing jointly held exploration leases. The 26 leases comprise 24 blocks in the Green Canyon area and two blocks in the Walker Ridge area.
