04:22 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dubai Taxi Co. (DFM:DTC) and fellow taxi operator National Taxi renewed their strategic contract with e-hailing platform Hala for another five years, according to a Wednesday release. The taxi services companies will jointly offer over 7,700 taxis, excluding airport fleet, for booking through Hala on the Careem application. Hala is a joint venture of Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority and local ride-hailing business Careem.
