04:48 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 88 Energy (88E.L) signed an up to $10.9 million farm-out agreement with Westlawn Americas Offshore for the South Prudhoe project in Alaska, US, according to a Wednesday filing. Westlawn will provide $9.2 million for the drilling and evaluation of the Augusta-1 exploration well and $1.7 million for the project's work program and budget, including a potential flow test at the well, in exchange for a 40% stake. The UK-listed oil and gas exploration company expects to spud the well in the first quarter of 2027.
