Smart Spectrum (02513) and MINIMAX-W (00100) received net purchases of HK$554 million and HK$133 million respectively. Anthropic plans to launch an IPO in the week of November 16, with a target valuation of up to 2 trillion US dollars. If successfully implemented, it will be the largest IPO in history. CITIC Securities released a research report saying that although the market is currently cautious about the big model, it is still firmly optimistic about the long-term commercial value and valuation growth space of the Sino-US model.

CNOOC (00883) received a net purchase of HK$487 million. Ping An Securities pointed out that the geographical impasse in the Middle East is difficult to resolve in the short term. The situation in the US, Iran and Yemen is at risk of heating up. The security situation in the Strait of Hormuz worsens, and the probability that the US will launch a new round of military attacks against Iran is rising. Meanwhile, the situation in Yemen is spiralling, and the Houthis continue to launch attacks on Saudi airports and oil facilities, which have a great impact on Saudi crude oil exports and refining processing. In summary, we believe that the support of geographical risks for international oil prices is still strong.

Optical communication concept stocks have diverged. Zhongji Xuchuang (03308) received a net purchase of HK$344 million, and Changfei Optical Cable (06869) received a net sale of HK$288 million. Huatai Securities believes that optical modules benefit from port rate upgrades and cluster size expansion. Demand for optical fiber grows as scale-up and scale-out connections increase, and continued investment is expected to support the fulfillment of orders and performance in the industrial chain. The optical module and optical fiber sector has gone through a round of refinement, and performance catalysis is approaching. It is recommended to focus on valuation repair opportunities for leading companies.

Kingsley Biotech (01548) received a net purchase of HK$114 million. In September of this year, Kingsley Biotech announced a partnership with Lilly TuneLab, Eli Lilly's AIDD collaboration platform. According to the agreement, the company will provide wet testing services to TuneLab participating companies to help them quickly generate experimental data, transform AI predictions into biological verification data, and accelerate the evaluation of drug candidates. Guojin Securities pointed out that the AI pharmaceutical market space is broad, accelerating the expansion of demand for wet experiments.

Jiantao laminate (01888) was sold in net sales of HK$145 million. CITIC Construction Investment pointed out that no cloth is a key step in the high-speed copper interconnection upgrade, but instead of removing all of the glass fiber cloth from the entire PCB, implementing less/no cloth in specific media layers according to performance and reliability constraints. Non-woven promotes the concentration of industrial chain value in the CCL/PP link, giving priority to CCL/PP leaders, while also focusing on PCB processing and upstream material growth opportunities. High-speed copper interconnection is upgraded to less/no distribution, and CCL/PP is expected to become the core beneficiary

In addition, SMIC (00981) received a net purchase of HK$533 million, while Brain Aurora-B (06681) and Alibaba-W (09988) were net sold at HK$7.71 million and HK$15.2 million respectively.
