06:36 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FAB Securities updated its rating and price target for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADX:ADCB) following the release of its third-quarter earnings report. "We revise our rating from ACCUMULATE to BUY on Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) with a revised target price of AED 20.00. ADCB reported a 15.2% YOY increase in net profit during 3Q26, primarily driven by healthy growth in net funded and non-funded income, coupled with lower impairment charges and continued balance sheet expansion," analysts said in a Wednesday first look note. "Overall, ADCB's diversified revenue base, continued lending growth, improving asset quality, and ongoing investment in digital capabilities support sustained earnings momentum." The Emirati lender's third-quarter net profit came in at 3.56 billion dirhams, surpassing FAB's estimate of 3.39 billion dirhams. Total operating income rose 7.7% annually to 6.33 billion dirhams, compared with the research firm's 6.13 billion-dirham forecast. The stock's price target stood at 18 dirhams as of July 24, according to FAB's website.
