U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Enphase Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENPH) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter financial results and issued fourth-quarter sales guidance below estimates.

Enphase Energy posted third-quarter revenue of $293.33 million, missing the consensus estimate of $304.04 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The company reported adjusted earnings of 41 cents per share for the quarter, missing estimates of 51 cents per share.

Enphase Energy shares tumbled 17.2% to $24.60 in pre-market trading.

The company issued soft third-quarter net sales guidance and expects the impact of the supplier incident to be largely resolved by the fourth quarter.
• Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOOD) fell 8% to $87.00 in pre-market trading. Robinhood reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results Tuesday after market close.
• Grid Dynamics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:GDYN) declined 8% to $7.97 in pre-market trading.
• NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ:NXPI) dipped 7.2% to $235.25 in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results. The company issued fourth-quarter GAAP EPS guidance with its midpoint below estimates.
• Costar Group Inc (NASDAQ:CSGP) fell 6.4% to $29.96 in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results and issued fourth-quarter GAAP EPS guidance below estimates.
• LPL Financial Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:LPLA) declined 5.5% to $300.00 in pre-market trading following mixed quarterly results.
• Solaredge Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:SEDG) dipped 5.5% to $30.40 in pre-market trading.
• F5 Inc (NASDAQ:FFIV) declined 4.6% to $438.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter adjusted EPS guidance with its midpoint below estimates.
• Seagate Technology Holdings PLC (NASDAQ:STX) fell 3.7% to $643.20 in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.
