On a per-share basis, the Rosemont, Illinois-based company said it had net income of $4.49. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $5.79 per share.

The circuit protection manufacturer posted revenue of $766.7 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in December, Littelfuse expects its per-share earnings to range from $5.05 to $5.25.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $750 million to $770 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.
