The unnamed sources said the artificial intelligence laboratory is tapping RetailBook to sell shares to investors in the UK and parts of continental Europe without filing for a prospectus in the region. The company, which developed the chatbot Claude, filed for its listing in New York on Monday, the report noted. The people said details of the collaboration are still being finalized.
