12:54 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- French technical services company Spie (SPIE.PA) agreed to purchase a 76% stake in Austria-based electrical engineering and automation technologies group Sar Anlagenbau. The transaction is scheduled to close at the start of 2027, pending customary closing conditions.
