01:44 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Borouge (ADX:BOROUGE) intends to list its parent, Borouge International, on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in 2027, followed by a secondary listing in Vienna, Austria. The proposed listing, which remains subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, will include a capital raise and a tender offer that would allow the petrochemicals company's shareholders to exchange their holdings for Borouge International shares, according to a Thursday release.
