04:51 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler A/S (CADLR.OL) will suspend trading in its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange as the offshore wind services group's parent company redomiciles to the UK from Denmark, according to a Thursday release. The last trading day for Cadeler A/S shares is expected to be Nov. 4, with the suspension taking effect on or around Nov. 5. Cadeler plc shares are expected to begin trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on the same date. The suspension will remain in place until Cadeler A/S shares are delisted. Shareholders who validly tendered their shares in the exchange offer will receive one Cadeler plc share for each Cadeler A/S share.
