06:09 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Biorefinery operator Borregaard (BRG.OL) signed a new 10-year deal to procure 445 gigawatt-hours of power supply from Statkraft, according to a Thursday release. Deliveries start on Nov. 1, 2026, and will continue through the end of 2036. The new agreement, covering 5% of Borregaard's power consumption, builds on the long-term power supply deal between the companies signed in 2019.
