06:37 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG.L), or TRIG, closed the sale of its entire 17.5% stake in the 588-megawatt Beatrice offshore wind farm project in Scotland for 157 million pounds sterling after securing third-party consents. The London-listed renewable energy investor will use the proceeds to cut revolving credit facility debt to 184 million pounds, according to a Thursday filing. The sale accounts for 40% of TRIG's 400 million-euro capital realization target for the 12 months from May and eliminates 210 million euros in project-level debt tied to the stake.
