06:58 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FAB Securities maintained its buy rating on Banque Saudi Fransi (SASE:1050), with a 24 Saudi-riyal price target, as it took note of the lender's third-quarter results in a Wednesday note. The bank logged an 11.5% yearly rise in net profit to 1.51 billion Saudi riyals, aligning with FAB's forecast of 1.53 billion riyals. Total operating income grew 10.1% year over year to 2.86 billion riyals, compared with the research firm's estimate of 2.94 billion riyals. "BSF reported a strong performance in 3Q26, with net profit increasing 11.5% YOY to SAR 1,509 Mn, supported by growth in funded and non-funded income. The growth in funded income was mainly driven by higher returns from financing and investment activities. Whereas, the strong growth in non-funded income was supported by higher net fee and commission income, trading and exchange income," analysts said. "For 2026, the Bank expects NIMs of c. 3.00%, a cost-to-income ratio below 33%, an ROE of 12%-13% and a CET1 ratio above 15%."
