09:14 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Bank of England is seeking feedback on its draft supervisory expectations for central counterparties regarding the acceptance of tokenized collateral. In a Thursday release, the UK's central bank said it does not see the existing regulatory framework applicable to CCPs as a barrier to accepting tokenized collateral in central clearing. The consultation period is set to run until Feb. 12, 2027.
