11:57 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teqnion's (TEQ.ST) subsidiary Teqnion UK acquired all outstanding shares in British memorial and remembrance products maker Odlings Group, effective immediately. Odlings Group, which includes Odlings, Odlings MCR, Crown Memorials, and FG Marshall, will join the Swedish industrial group's regional business area Teqnion Väst, according to a Thursday release. The deal is not expected to significantly impact Teqnion's 2026 financial results.
