Brand names Bobby Kelley chief development officer, deploys enhanced care with AI-powered technology partner and continues franchise expansion nationwide

CINCINNATI, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Home Helpers® Home Care, a trusted brand and industry leader in the in-home care franchise space, reached 400 franchise territories during the third quarter of 2026, signing 12 franchise agreements and opening 15 locations, with existing franchisees among those expanding into new markets. The company has now signed 30 franchise agreements year to date.

"Reaching 400 franchise territories is a meaningful milestone because each represents an opportunity to help more families access care in their communities," said Emma Dickison, CEO and president of Home Helpers® Home Care. "Our franchisees are driving that growth through their commitment to clients and caregivers, and we're focused on giving them the support they need to build strong businesses and deliver compassionate care."

Third-quarter momentum brought new Home Helpers® Home Care locations and expansions to Providence, Knightdale, Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Yukon, Oklahoma; Muncie, Indiana; western Connecticut; and Asbury Park, New Jersey. These new offices extend trusted, compassionate care to even more families, helping older adults and individuals with specialized needs to remain safe, independent and comfortable at home.

Leadership and Technology Support Continued Growth

Home Helpers® Home Care promoted longtime franchise development leader Bobby Kelley to chief development officer. Kelley will oversee continued expansion and franchise growth, supporting the brand's next stage of development.

The brand also expanded its partnership with Aloe Care Health, which powers Home Helpers Home® Care's Direct Link® 24-hour monitoring services and medical alert system. The technology features conversational wellness calls, medication reminders, fall and bed sensors and automated safety monitoring, which complement in-person visits to help care teams focus on direct support.

"Technology should strengthen the human connection at the heart of home care, not replace it," Dickison said. "Our expanded Aloe Care Health partnership gives franchisees additional tools to stay connected with clients between visits and identify concerns that may need attention. Alongside investments in our leadership team, these capabilities help position our owners to serve more families as our system grows."

National Recognition and Franchise Advocacy

Throughout Q3, Home Helpers® Home Care received multiple national and franchise industry recognitions, including placement on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. Home Helpers® Home Care franchisees and executives also received individual industry recognition in Q3, such as:

The brand also continued its franchise advocacy efforts, with Dickison and Home Helpers® franchisees attending the IFA Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., Sept. 14–16, to support the industry's legislative priorities, including the American Franchise Act.

Home Helpers® Home Care is actively recruiting qualified franchise candidates in high-demand markets, including Minneapolis-St. Paul; Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Houston and Austin, Texas; Atlanta; Pittsburgh; San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area in California; and several Florida markets, including Orlando and the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach region.
