Recently, the National Energy Administration and other departments issued guidance on promoting the innovation and development of gas turbines. The opinion calls for promoting artificial intelligence to enable manufacturing, operation and maintenance services. Develop whole machine design, simulation and optimization technology based on artificial intelligence to enhance digital intelligence design capabilities. Promote artificial intelligence visual inspection to accurately identify processing defects, integrate key technologies such as digital twins, and establish a full-process quality traceability system on the production side. Apply artificial intelligence technology to develop intelligent systems such as combustion state monitoring and diagnosis, fault diagnosis and rapid warning, life prediction of key components, and intelligent monitoring to improve the flexibility, reliability and economy of gas turbines.
